These terms and conditions apply to all products sold and services provided
by The Phone Lab, whether purchased in-store or online where applicable.
Article 3 – Products and Services
The Phone Lab offers:
- Mobile phone and computer accessories
- Device sales (where available)
- In-store repair and diagnostic services
All product prices displayed on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Article 4 – Payments
Payments for in-store purchases are accepted using the available payment
methods at our physical location.
Online payments, where applicable, are processed securely through approved
payment service providers.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (Products Only)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a product purchase within 14 days
from the day of receipt, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
This right applies to physical products only and does not apply to services
that have already been performed.
Article 6 – Conditions During Withdrawal Period
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in original
packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Products that show signs of use or damage may be refused or partially refunded.
Article 7 – Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is
defective or incorrect.
Article 8 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.
Article 9 – Repairs and Services
Repair and diagnostic services are non-refundable once performed.
Any service warranty, if applicable, will be explained at the time of service.

within a reasonable time after discovery of the issue.
Article 11 – Liability
The Phone Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless
required by mandatory law.
Article 12 – Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
