This policy applies to purchases made in-store and online where applicable.

  1. Returns (Products Only)
    Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 calendar days
    from the date of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the
    approval or rejection of your refund.
    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within
    5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  2. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is
    defective or incorrect.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Electronics with broken or removed security seals
  • Software, digital products, or downloads
  • Devices damaged after purchase

    Repair and diagnostic services are non-refundable once the service has been
    performed. Warranty on repairs, if applicable, will be explained at the time
